You are probably at Work while reading this post and cannot wait to leave for the day and get to your studio. Well, here’s a special treat for you. This new video shows you simple techniques while sitting at your desk to keep mentally and physically focused during the day.
However, here is the disclaimer:
“We’re not recommending that people exercise sitting in their chairs, but when there’s nothing else you can do because you have to be there, these give people something to do,” said Judith Down, director of the Alberta Centre for Active Living.
