I just read an interesting article of how Linda Oshins believes by going to her yoga classes she is strengthening her immune system. She has been going to class for 20 years and teaching for nine.

Maybe, maybe not. However, someone should buy the PC guy a yoga mat. Every advertisement he’s in, he’s always stressing out. Someone should definitely introduce him to yoga. I think Apple and Yoga go very well together. Namaste!
